A-56 Mild Cognitive Impairment in a Patient with a History of COVID-19 Positivity and co-Morbid Cerebrovascular Disease

Abstract Objective Neurocognitive complaints have been observed in severe cases of post-COVID-19 diagnosis. However, limited information exists regarding specific neurocognitive deficits patients reporting mild infection symptoms and persistent memory problems after infection. We report on a patient referred for worsening 7-months testing positive. Method Patient was 74-year-old Caucasian female with history COVID-19. Relevant significant sleep apnea, pulmonary embolism, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, type-2 diabetes. Imaging pre-infection revealed cerebrovascular disease. underwent tele-neuropsychological evaluation to assess the extent cognitive difficulties. Results indicated prominent difficulties were domains immediate delayed executive functioning. denied anxiety depression self-report measures, however, collateral suggested she experienced substantial increase psychiatric following Activities daily living (ADLs) preserved, but required increased assistance complex ADLs. Post-infection disease imaging documented as unchanged.
